Make sure that they are using their complete email when logging in (mtrump1234@cabarrus.k12.nc.us) and their correct ID#. Some students have strange logins so may have to be looked up (ask your child's teacher).

(From the District) Due to timing and Microsoft's licensing issues, this may take longer for some students to populate. This sometimes requires a reboot or logging out and back in.

Have student(s) click on Office 365 and Google Drive on the left sidebar and log into their accounts. This should alleviate issues.

The District disabled this….all they can do is Blur Background now.
